Leadership is thoughtful about each decision made, but not afraid to disrupt those decisions and pivot to workflows and processes that utilize the strengths of our individuals and teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus program to reward our Service teams is unique and a great motivator to deliver to our clients. Production is regarded highly, but the USI difference is how we reward outstanding Service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It was a very thorough process that led me to feel that the decision to hire is very important to the company. Now working with USI, I see the great benefit to that. We hire the talented, but only if they fit our culture.
