Leadership cares about its people and knows the pace requires constant interaction to be sure we meet the needs of a diverse culture of people. We are much more heterogenous - some like to work remotely, others love lots of feedback. We try to cater to the person and not be rigid like our others.

To truly change the culture, decreasing the immense workloads and demands placed on employees considered to be “support staff” or “resources” would be helpful. More focus from Leadership on staffing these service/support/resource departments would help to improve the overall environment.
