Very direct and straight forward. There was no confusion and everyone I interviewed with was willing to answer my questions.

They take the process of onboarding the right people seriously! I doubt the President of many companies as large as USI take the time to get to know their leadership teams and even require role play during the interview process!

Role playing was part of the interview process. Pretty unique to get that but really fun to see what it is really like to work here.

In person interview was relaxed and appropriate
