Leadership Reviews

Diversity training, respect, empathy, accountability and communication skills

- Better communication of information on a regional level

Review from Business Development Dept

Leadership is focused on growth as a goal... without plans for culture, retention, etc. to meet that goal. While they have good intentions, team leaders are sometimes arbitrary, without the leader knowing anything about the departments that they manage, acting more as a middle man that a leader.

Environment Reviews

Either better training for management

Pay increase structure would be nice

Review from Customer Support Dept

To truly change the culture, decreasing the immense workloads and demands placed on employees considered to be “support staff” or “resources” would be helpful. More focus from Leadership on staffing these service/support/resource departments would help to improve the overall environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

It’s a really stressful environment. I think not expecting employees to work 12 hour days would be the start. People have a life outside of work and companies should encourage you to spend time with family.

Recognition for non-sales staff needs to be corrected, along with clear paths for professional growth and advancement. Leadership and recruiting understanding the roles and work of the jobs they're filling/managing would go leaps and bounds to improve satisfaction and fair compensation.
