4 month old at my company and the experience has been bad. Never liked the work culture.... Senior leadership... The way work is done... work life balance.. So all in all a bad experience
What makes you most happy at work?
Frankly there is nothing in my work place that make me most happy!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They must understand resources are human beings and have to balance their work and personal life

Better communications, need to believe in team members and provide all support when there are critical deliverables
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of hours I put in is more compared to the benefits and compensation.... I think more ESOP need to be provided
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior leadership need to have clear vision, the vision and yearly goals need to drip down to the lowest level in the company, employees must be respected and not felt as if they have to over work because they are paid, need to respect employee personal space
