The Vice President of manufacturing is running the company into the ground and corporate is allowing him to do it. There are a lot of family members in management, but they tell us we are the owners of the company.

Contribution will be low next year due to not making enough trucks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should care more about the people who.build trucks. A big fan is not enough to keep.us happy.
