They are very friendly snd informative and offer help when needed.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with my students. Seeing the lightbulb go off is amazing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay could improve. Im paid approx $16/hour. If i tutored privately on my own I could make $75-$100/hour.
