The fact there are many options for bonus incentives versus just a typically end of year bonus format that most companies utilize

For the most part they are very driven and organized. Most everyone is respectful and works well together even during rough times
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Typically the direction of the company is relayed accordingly, sometimes not done the best way but ultimately the direction is shared. Leadership listens and will take ideas into consideration instead of just doing what they think is best.
