Overall positive. There's times where we seem to be headed in too many directions, or the workload can be overbearing, but the end results are always positive, and we're always able to count on each other.

our leadership team are remarkably transparent, and do a really good job of enabling our teams for various projects and initiatives
What did you like most about the interview process?
Since it was virtual, it was really nice to be comfortable when talking to my hiring manager, as it was more at-ease and not as stressful as some interviews can be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a remarkably talented member of the team. Everyone seems to know what they're doing, even when things are chaotic. Everyone is also super friendly and great to work with, which helps with morale.
What makes you most happy at work?
getting to actively try and do new things as we build out our company. Entrepreneurship is almost always rewarded, and when things go wrong there's no blaming or finger-pointing, just lessons to learn and what is the next thing to try.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I am compensated well, I do feel like I'm not compensated equally to the wider market, as most people who do the same tasks as me with equal skills are paid more. A more transparent equity system would be great, and a clearer or more concise path to a better pay grade would be ideal
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support to do what you need to do is always there. If you need to take a day, there's no fear that there might be repercussions, everyone is very understanding. We all work hard, but we also understand that lives aren't on the line for what we do, so taking a break isn't a negative impact.
