There isn't one part of my compensation package that stands out, Vena takes a holistic approach to ensuring we're all doing well. Mental/Physical health benefits, pay, stock options, wellness account, RRSP matching, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a breath of fresh air to have full trust and confidence in Vena's leadership team. Using a "Good to Great" example, Hunter got the right people on the bus a few years ago and now we're full speed ahead to achieving great things.
