Chatting with the manager present about what my work would look like; The fact that all my interviewers looked like they genuinely enjoyed working here (which I later found out to be true); Being open to discuss potential compensation on the spot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received way better offers for similar roles in similar companies. To make me feel better, we can start with more transparency on what characteristics are being looked at when deciding which companies to compare to for the market rate, and how exactly is the market rate calculated.
