What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How friendly and collaborative everyone is. People's vocalized interest and leadership's backing of the importance of inclusion helps create a strong sense of belonging for all
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're super supportive and empathetic to what's currently on everyone's workload and even personal life. I truly trust that my manager and teammates care about everyone else's wellbeing and engagement with their job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and empathy for their own teams as well as the Vena as a whole. They hold company-wide Town Hall every week and address both the good and the bad openly. Hard work does not go unrecognized either and they celebrate people's work in various ways.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base is more than fair and I feel like it's truly reflective of the value that I bring to the company. Our benefits coverage could be better though, and perks need some work. But as a growing SMB, our total rewards are in a good spot and we're pushing out more every quarter.
