Over the past year of working at Vena, I have learned so much from others. I feel that I have been able to use my skills to make a difference in the company's efficiency and have had a positive part in shaping the culture as we moved completely virtual during the pandemic.

I get to work with very intelligent, high performing people that are very passionate about their jobs. I get inspired everyday by each individual.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Each member brings different personalities and expertise to the company that every organization should have! Feel very honoured and lucky to be lead by them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very inclusive to all groups and love how employee resource groups (aka Vena Resource Groups) have become a very integral part of our company's culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can work flexible work hours. I can accommodate my kids school schedule for drop off and pick up and work outside of typical work hours so I can take my dog for a walk during the day.
