People are great (not all teams), culture is awesome, and the high growth means lots of opportunities to grow. I do think that there is work to be done with respect to Product direction and strategy and that is a cause of frustration and uncertainty about the future.

The base is fair and the variable compensation really makes me want to work hard

Knowing that I have Support from my colleagues and management. Knowing that people at work care how I do professionally and personally

Most members of my team are willing to help and work together. It feels like we are all working together and looking to achieve the same goals
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and vulnerable openly. It feels like a team and it feels like they are listening (ERGs, Values, Weekly Town Halls, RRSP maptching etc). It is very evident that they care.
