What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is engaged with the employees on how they are leading the company, what the company vision is and how employees can help make that vision happen. The leadership team regularly communicate what's happening with the company and how the company is working to achieve it's goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited about the people I work with and the work that I do. I'm challenged and have the opportunity to do my best work and am appreciated for it. I'm able to help to my part to make the company successful and have fun while I'm doing it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the owner on down to the managers, employees are valued for their input and uniqueness and what they can contribute. The company strives to put people first, which means that excellence follows: in how we do our jobs, how we interact with each other, how we balance work and home life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm satisfied with all aspects of my compensation. I receive a fair salary and the benefits I receive are comparable to all of the companies I've worked for. The company offers other benefits that I haven't received elsewhere. One day of paid leave to volunteer. Many ways to build team morale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that I work with are engaged to do the best work possible and are empowered to do so. They understand their responsibilities and work towards the goal of successfully completing the project. I feel valued for my input and experience as part of the team and value the other team members.
