What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management team does not seem to respect or value the work of non management employees. Tasks that need to be done by mgmt. or questions that need to get answered only seem to get completed when other managers or directors get involved, which should not be the standard.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is competitive. However, other benefits like paid time off and 401K options could be better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am paid at the low end of what my position is worth. The salary range quoted to me by HR and what I was offered was about 6 thousand less.

We have fun as a team. For the most part everyone pulls their own weight and should need help they are willing to help.

We have fun at work, we work hard but we also take time to socialize with each other.
