It's been great. I started during the height of covid when everyone was working from home and today several of my co-workers are going out after work.

We have fun at work, we work hard but we also take time to socialize with each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun as a team. For the most part everyone pulls their own weight and should need help they are willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am paid at the low end of what my position is worth. The salary range quoted to me by HR and what I was offered was about 6 thousand less.
