What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness reimbursement for gyms or fitness classes as well as the 401(k) matching.

Ventech places a heavy emphasis on personal well-being and many resources to take advantage of.

The pay is great and our 401K employer match is great. Benefits could always be cheaper, but my company does pay a lot on our behalf. Our tuition reimbursement is very good too.

I appreciate the flexibility offered with regard to continued remote work, both during the pandemic and after most companies returned their employees to in-office work.

My team feels like a family. We are always doing team building activities and interacting. Going back to the office has been awesome.

Our personalities gel very well together. We work hard but have a good time doing it. I can tell them anything and I believe they can tell me anything as well, without hurting feelings, etc. We collaborate very well and help each other out when needed.

It's like one big family. We all treat each other with the utmost respect and compassion. We have company outings for the whole family and it's always encouraged to bring family. The office environment is very inviting and there are activities we can engage in when we need downtime.
