Our team works together very well, especially during pandemic when we communicated via Teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability to work from home, especially during these times where fuel and generally everything costs more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work from home, I find myself being more productive at home versus being in the office where the noise and close proximity to people (tight work spaces) are distracting at times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were quick to implement the work from home at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. It will be nice if they continue letting employees work from home, rather than return to the office.
