I feel the SC leadership is so focused on Agile that the People 1st mentality has been left behind. The managers are too busy and I had not had a 1:1 for months. The manager was canceling all the time for all of those who fell underneath him and they were not rescheduled.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have said the WFH option.

I do not use the benefits.

The team all works together to come to a goal that best fits the need of the organization.

Taking care of my team and working to ensure they are all heard and their opinion is valued.
