Overall I enjoy working at Vivint. SEVERELY underpaid. However, there are a TON of perks like free meals everyday, free energy drinks, team Costco orders. It's a boys club, if you work well with sales reps and know how how to network you'll do fine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in tech doing complex integrations and strategic builds for complex systems at the company. I make $19 an hour, whereas IT makes triple that, and other analysts make 75k.
