Managers need to stop thinking they know everything and trust in their teams more

Better interaction with employees. Not viewing themselves as better than the people that make the business.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was clear on how the process was going to be. It did take longer and I was not able to get clear information on the process.
