My experience overall has been greatly affected by my undervalued work but there are certain things at Vivint that have been great. I have seen plenty of opportunities for advancement into other parts of the company & great potential for a relaxed tech culture.

I felt that I was able to get an accurate picture of what to expect from the role through the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Depending on what part of the company you are a part of - the culture can be positive and productive with good work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I went from an internship to filling a full time role without my pay being adjusted. My peers make almost twice as much as I do with the exact same experience and qualifications. If I were paid a fair wage I would feel better about my compensation.
