Everyone hypes up the next person for their success and pushes them to improve on their shortcomings in a positive way. Everyone helps everybody.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't make you feel inferior to them, they're very invested in my success, and they go to bat for me and the team whenever there's a chance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with every single person I work with, and they all make this tough job an enjoyable job that I look forward to every day because no matter how rough the day will be, I know I'm going to have a good laugh and enjoy my day with my coworkers.
