It's been a positive transition from my previous employer (where I worked for over 37 years) to Vivint. Obviously, there were many adjustments that I needed to make but I feel that I made the right choice and am glad I was able to receive an offer.

The spirit of teamwork and shared objectives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Participation in the company bonus plan.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The discussions were mostly focused on topics relevant to the position for which I was being interviewed and near adjacencies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to contribute. My first three months were frustrating but now I feel like I'm able to carry my weight and a little more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is aligned on making the customer experience the best that it can be. There are no questions about whether we can get away with this or whether customers would notice that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The make an honest effort to proactively communicate credible information about the company, about business successes and about business challenges. There hasn't been a situation yet where I felt I was being given the "party line" rather than the truth.
