fantastic place to learn and grow. fast moving, startup-like company that has plenty of financial backing but is willing to take risks and move fast(and occasionally fail). vivint leadership, i think, is great at learning from past mistakes.

better stock and get rid of the bonus and just increase salary.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
vivint is struggling with its sales model; what's worked for the last 5-ish years isn't sustainable. the company mostly sees this, but it needs to happen faster. we should almost give our cameras away for free and then offer awesome services on top of the cameras.
