Stressful. After you make a sale you are still competing with goodwill from some agents at AMI, you are still competing with the technicians (they can and they will steal your deal/customer)

My ASM is very helpful and he strives to give the best to our team

good atmosphere, although we are competing against each other there is no feeling of treating the other as "enemy"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like mentioned before. Although we are competing against each other, it doesn't feel like that. It's a fun and professional environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus and commissions are fine. Our hour and PTO is the worst of it. I don't feel comfortable taking a one week vacation. That would mess my pay for at least the next two pay periods (at least).
