I have enjoyed working at Vivint for the most part. I believe that since there is a culture of letting people choose to do their own things has led to a lot of the confusion about career paths at Vivint as well as other areas.

That we can get together and talk about a variety of things.

Benefits improvement especially during this time where we are working from home and have been for awhile.

Their willingness to be transparent with all employees and their willingness to get input from everyone on improvements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping you get the opportunity to learn new things and to move to different areas within the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't really have anything that stands out as an awesome benefit. A lot of what I originally thought have been taken away since covid hit, and not a lot has been put in place to counter act that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are a lot of comments of our sales team lying to customers about billing and things they get. I am not sure if we know who these individuals are, but I don't think we should lie to a customer to get a sale
