Company that has amazing employees that are not appreciated & worked too hard. The thanks given out is rarely monitary, except for meat department, the store & pharmacy are underpaid. The store manager gives you thanks, but they are overworked too. More vacay & a substantial raise is needed!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No vacation your first year of employment. Completely unhealthy. A vacation would make up for lower starting wages. It would show you are valued. No wonder so many people leave this co the first year.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People are now overworked & grumpy. Tired & unappreciated. We are worked like mules since Covid. Employees used to be happy. But the past 6 months have taken their toll. Work is stressful. staff shortage, too much work, rude customers & rarely praise/thanks. Hire now at better wages & raises!
