What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the drama , provide a better work place
management is underqualified and bullying
The people that they have in charge now need to be educated on what their duties are and make sure that the young courtesy clerks are helping everybody, not just who they want help.
Bringing new people and fire all the old people manager wise
If someone's not a good employee or really affecting the company in a negative way they need to get rid of them sooner
It’s a family grocery spot so you tend to see schoolmates and neighbors all the time

Store employees need to be treated fairly
For management to get to know their crew. To know what everyone does. To keep it positive and have good intensions when it comes to your employees. Your crew will work better for you if they know your there for the store and not just acting as though you'd rather not be around the store.
