Some of my coworkers in my department are nice, others not so much.

Review from Sales Dept

As far as my team the best thing they do is work and get their job done.

When we had a good team we all work together to make the store better. But sometimes we didn't have a good team and no one would do anything about it

Leadership and equal give and take, and team work

They are a team.. They work together.. They know most all their customers.. They love what they do. They don't like having no help

We are one big, happy cooperating team. Every one is always eager & willing to help out!

They keep the day going with a lot of random conversations

Review from Sales Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Work as a team not just with friends or family member

Ageism is rampant and incidentally, all accusations are from the very young staff and a lot of them are lazy and they get away wiht anything there. No respect and I exceed the expectation becaue I take my job very serious.

Have better attitudes and do their jobs

Doing their jobs correctly and putting pride into the jobs they do.

People are now overworked & grumpy. Tired & unappreciated. We are worked like mules since Covid. Employees used to be happy. But the past 6 months have taken their toll. Work is stressful. staff shortage, too much work, rude customers & rarely praise/thanks. Hire now at better wages & raises!

Better hours, problems dealt with in a timely matter.

Review from Sales Dept

It varies from store to store. Most coworkers are great team members

While it is difficult to continuously find motivation for work, especially in a retail/customer service environment, employees can make the job more enjoyable for one another by encouraging examples of hard work or particular effort.

Review from Sales Dept

Listening to each other, actually caring about the job
