they are courteous and helpful

Most managers are supportive and helpful but they are limited in what they can do. We always here that corporate knows about the issues and could care less.

Nothing at all. It's been terrible the past few months. I loved going to work. I always was proud working at my store.. But not any more. New managers don't mean better anything. It's now worse than it's ever been!

That everyone ALWAYS gives their 110% and everyone goes out of their way to help you!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

recognize the good we do

Yes much better it's not the same I really miss my old bosses

Not discriminating against cercain employees

Better communication, better work skills

They need to get better at everything.

personal responsibility, professional conduct, commitment to promises made by management to staff

They need to have some common human decency and learn some manners.

Expecting the impossible of the employees when we are short staffed

Having real leadership instead of halfback maybes

Treating employees like human beings and not just a number. Hiring more often. Giving better pay increases. Understanding that we are people and do have other Responsibilities

Listening to their team and not flexing their authourity over young uninformed employees

Treating people with respect and even fair and don't think just cuz you're a higher position you're better than somebody

Everything! The favortism and dictatorship is ridiculous!

The store is a team but we dont talk to eachother enough to be on the same page

The leadership teams needs to get better with overall professionalism and experience they are all inexperienced

Offer more assistant to department that needs it

Be a fair to other workers and show more team work

Need more employees to be able to take breaks.

Managers will share their opinion about others work ethics but not tell the people directly to improve the work ethics.
