What is the best part about your compensation package?

The insurance is good, plus our associates discounts.

Being able to save something on every pay period. I am suspended currently and because they can and they can milk it, it affects my benefits for not meeting the required hours you need in order for it to be in effect. This is 2 or 3 times in the last 1/2 year.

I think the medical was pretty helpful that's about all I used

Some positions are paid fairly well such as bakery managers or Meat Managers but others like the Deli Manager are way underpaid for the amount of work that they do. It seems somewhat arbitrary.

$$ more then min wage more then a 25 cent raise

I hope prople are more repectable

Because im given the worst shift on a regular basis, I have not been given my fair opportunity to advance at this store. If they dont like you, you should quit immediately, no one will step in to help you, its a horrible place to work.

Everyone is undervalued! Most people cant afford to live

No vacation your first year of employment. Completely unhealthy. A vacation would make up for lower starting wages. It would show you are valued. No wonder so many people leave this co the first year.

I feel undervalued because everytime i speak to my manager about a problem i have it Brushed of i get a generic answer

I've worked for this company for 3 years now. There have been several statewide pay raises, but my pay based on seniority did not raise with it. On January 1st, 2022, I'm going to be paid the same as a fresh hire

I do not fee appreacitate at work whats so ever. Its toxci and mentally stressful to go into work. There is alot of work put onto one person due to the lack of provide extra team to help

I feel like they work us like dogs, but don't pay us enough. They only look at the numbers

Workload varies between employees. If there is an employee that lack in completing their work we only acknowledge that that is the way they are and the work will be passed on to the next hard worker.
