I do not enjoy the gossip, immature behaviors, or unfair treatment. There are very little perks like Disneyland for Vons employees only day and employee discounts but to work with others that can be two faced is scary.

They keep the day going with a lot of random conversations

in the hot summer days I work in air conditioning environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers will share their opinion about others work ethics but not tell the people directly to improve the work ethics.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hire on the spot. Orientation was two days away and I worked the following week but that was years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload varies between employees. If there is an employee that lack in completing their work we only acknowledge that that is the way they are and the work will be passed on to the next hard worker.
