Our team is super collaborative. No ideas are terrible, and everyone is heard and appreciated. We listen and work together to get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and candid with our goals and achievements. They are transparent with the company's standings which is a big change from other places I have worked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have "unlimited PTO". I just think that the flexible time off really shows that the company trusts its employees to work hard while in office, but also understand work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a work life balance is extremely important to me. This company allows me to work hard while I'm at work, but then not stress about things I might miss if I'm on PTO.
