Dishonest and only tell what you want to hear. Its all smoke and mirrors.

When the new sales structure was rolled out, it seems like it should have gone smoother for as long as they were planning it out. Also, I also don't trust a lot of what the upper mgmt tell us in regards to where they want to take the company. I do think they have a plan, just not the one were told.

Being more transparent. Don't give incomplete or partial plans of action. Wait until the plans are concrete before presenting them.

When doing a "reorg" of a department, there should be more planning. rather than it being thrown together with no real plan on a day to day basis.

The commission structure pretty meager compared to other sales industry or sales roles

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a team that is always willing to go the extra distance to make things happen. They are all willing to help each other when needed. Team work is so important.
