Waters is slow to promote (need to be part of the club) and give too modest yearly raises.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to explore other research along with my regular scheduled work. We are encouraged to innovate and patent ideas and that's what makes my job fun

I knew what to expect. Jobs in my folder are and all day interview process with a presentation in the morning and individual interviews throughout the day
