I love my boss - but my bosses boss treats us like children ... so degrading
Transparent and clear. Strong commitment to goals and passionate about the future of the business.
Hard question - I am not sure. 2021 was a great year for Waters so financially, the leadership team is doing well. I received benefit from Waters doing well this year so I liked that.
respect and listening, open minded

changing quickly in the past years
Willing to spend money to solve problems
seem to be making the changes needed to bring the company back to the industry leader it once was.
Less meetings. More accoutability. More management by being present.
Understand the business and procedure
They need to work better as a team. In addition, too many of them think they are smarter than most people at Waters. They consistently criticize the work of employees and leaders that have been there longer than them.
Empathy, being human, listening, modernizing the organization and their mindset
Listening to people outside of their ivory tower.
Stop being tone deaf. Waving to a crowd on the NY Stock Exchange while your employees are burnt out and worse off financially than they were three years ago is shameful.
Stop showing favoritism making decisions based on performance
Helping to maintain employee wellbeing. Understanding that their poor decisions affect the members of staff. Recognise the hard work that individuals put into the place. Help to designate job roles that affect the continuous improvement which in turn will help the backbone of the company.

Empowering employees to feel confident in their abilities and expertise and showing compassion for employees in general
Management is mean and interested in self promotion only. Not knowledgeable
Way better compensation and benefits. Losing 401k matching because of COVID-19 is a slap in the face when the CEO is getting $4 million over two years for "mutually agreeing" to step down.
Review from Engineering Dept
Making decisions and providing the resources to achieve goals. Strategy is good, but they have taken their eye off the big picture in providing solutions to customers. Hiring an excessive amount of VPs and Sr Directors is not working.
Modernizing, pay, bonuses, equity, employee treatment
Review from Engineering Dept
Bring in more fresh, diverse team. People who have been here too long, have a very set way of thinking. Waters way!
