Very thorough. Met with the appropriate team members. Received honest answers to my questions. Straight forward expectations were set from the beginning.
I knew what to expect. Jobs in my folder are and all day interview process with a presentation in the morning and individual interviews throughout the day
Just a phone interview and a daylong panel interview.

Be honest about the organizational challenges. People are being sold a career lemon.
Be honest about the culture and challenges.
Faster feedback, less multiples dah
