The vetersn employres. Many are no longer rmployrd at waters. Many have gone to competitirs ir taken buyouts.
There are some intelligent, hard working people left. You can learn from them if given the opportunity.

Leadership needs to set the tone. Example- CEO keeps talking about people getting back to the office 5 days a week, and he works from home quite a bit. In addition, we all see his driver drop him off. Does he really need a company-paid driver?
Everything. Start with overhauling the executive leadership team.
