The company DOES NOT give out raises every 12 months. They keep pushing it back. They spend money poorly on unneeded frivolous things then do not have money left to get a good raise. If one department is not performing perfectly, the entire store gets punished with small raises.

Not much to like took forever
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Only good thing about them is that I don't see them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need someone who cares about the employees not a bean counter worried about numbers.
