Leadership has a high turnover, and the CEO is very distracted and inexperienced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very hard to be promoted from within, and very stingy salary due to being small still.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership hinders creative thinking & innovation; you will be suppressed. Don't bother if you aren't an executive. You won't be heard.
