My overall experience at this company is overwhelmingly positive. I feel cared for, supported, and valued. I feel like I have a clear path to advance and I am treated like an adult.

The people that I work with are incredible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am eligible for an 8%+ bonus based on the performance of the company even though I'm not in sales

The flexible time off as well as the 10% performance bonus I am able to achieve even though I am not in a sales role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency they have with the whole team and the trust it creates as well as the feeling of everyone being a vital part of the team.

They are very open and honest about the good and the bad going on in the company. I never feel like they are trying to hide anything from me.

No one is breathing down my neck, double checking my work. I am trusted to get my job done, I am treated like an adult, and my opinion is valued.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to come onsite and meet with multiple members of the team I would be working with to make sure I was a good fit for them and that I felt comfortable in their environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to pitch in and help out, even if something doesn't directly align with their job. It is the feeling of everyone chasing after one ultimate goal and everyone is willing to help everyone get there.

My team genuinely cares about me. I've been at Zoom for 5 months and have had 2 deaths in my family and my team has rallied around to help me and take things off of my plate so I could focus on my family. They care about me as a person which makes me want to be excellent in my work.
