Promotions are very frustrating. Have to be in your role for a full year before even being considered. Tenured employees are paid extremely low compared to new employees, proving the company doesn't care about retaining those who have been with them through all phases.

happiness was a corporate hoax. Happiness was only based on high financial achievements due to Covid generating high demand for Zoom services. Many line managers should care about their team growth and wellbeing
