In what ways is your company redefining its brand for the coming year?
LiveControl launched with a website and brand identity that spoke to our customer base and got the job done. Now, as we’ve learned more about our current and potential customers and the empowering role our solution plays for them, we’ve refreshed our look and feel. This new iteration of our brand identity is more confident, imaginative, and forward-thinking while reminding our community of our continued dedication to accessibility and high-quality work.
What does the concept of brand mean to your customers and employees?
To us, a brand is the personification of your company, your offering, and the reason you exist. It’s the (sometimes) intangible articulation of a perception your customers and employees have about you. It goes beyond design and words — a good brand is like a person you know what to expect from because they’re consistent in how they represent themselves in the world.

In what ways is your company redefining its brand for the coming year?
Over the past few years, we’ve been on a journey to transform our brand including taking our offering well beyond Print to include a range of Design and Digital Marketing solutions for Small Business Owners. This in itself was a redefinition of our brand, but 2022 is about continuing to move our brand from a series of transactions to building ongoing relationships. Our approach to building our brand is equal parts what we say, as it is what we do. In the spirit of being a true partner to small businesses, building the brand authentically from the ground up is incredibly important to us. We then combine that foundation with meaningful stories designed around Small Businesses and our continued commitment and evolution to meet their needs, today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
What does the concept of brand mean to your customers and employees?
The concept of brand for us at Vista is about being a true partner to small businesses. This means being obsessed with creating a relationship with small businesses that provides value at every step of the journey when designing, marketing, and growing their business. That partnership also means providing guidance that is bespoke to the challenge or need of each and every single small business. Ultimately, being a partner is about putting small business owners at the heart of our decision-making, being passionate about their success, and by doing so, hopefully developing and earning meaningful brand relationships over time.
