The Sales Development team has ample opportunities for career growth. We promote top performers to senior and team lead roles after 6 – 12 months. At the 12-month mark, a Sales Development Representative will begin exploring career opportunities and can choose between a number of career tracks. The most common next step for an SDR is a move into Inside Sales with the long term career goal of becoming an Enterprise Account Executive or Sales Leader. Other career tracks include Management, Customer Success, Operations and Marketing.
