Comparably’s deadline to qualify for its big end-of-year Best Places to Work Awards are coming up soon! From Best CEOs and Best Company Cultures to Best Companies for Women and Best Companies for Diversity, the top-rated winners of the year will be unveiled in mid-December.
Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee associated to qualify. Companies only need to meet a minimum number of current employees that have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their employer’s Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (Nov. 2022 through Nov. 2023). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on Monday, Nov. 13 at 11:59pm PT.
To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click on the “Rate your Company” button.
Large companies (501 or more employees) need at least 75 participants and small/mid-size companies (500 or less employees) need at least 25 participants to qualify. The lists continue to be more competitive every year, so employers are encouraged to collect more feedback than the minimum requirements. For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight is given to companies with more participation relative to their company size.
