How has your transition to remote work made your company more competitive?

At Cambium, we are working to define the future of education to ensure all teachers and students feel seen, valued and supported. This guiding purpose also extends to our employees. As the pandemic altered how we do our jobs, it was essential for us to adapt so that our staff could continue to innovate and provide the best solutions to the communities Cambium and its business units serve. With our transition to a Remote First work model, employees were given the flexibility to create a work-life balance that best suits them. This supportive policy allows employees and teams to work collaboratively, inclusively and create a greater positive impact on the education technology industry. Since accelerating its transition to a remote workforce in March of 2020, Cambium has gone on to have its two most successful years to date.
