Half of Tech Workers Are Worried About the FCC’s Repeal of Net Neutrality

Mozilla, Etsy, and Vimeo are just some of the companies that have recently filed lawsuits against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) over the agency’s repeal of net neutrality. And they’re hardly alone in their concern.

Fifty-six percent of tech workers say they are either “somewhat worried” or “very worried” about the repeal, according to the latest reading of an ongoing query by Comparably. By contrast, just 14% of people say they are “not really worried,” or “not worried at all.”

More than 1,000 workers across the tech industry responded to the query.
