What are your growth plans or targets for 2024?
We have exciting plans to grow the Golden Hippo team as we will be expanding our health & wellness brands to new and promising markets. To support our growth goals, our teams will be growing! We’re currently hiring across multiple departments – from Tech and Copywriting, to Digital Acquisition Marketing and Video Editing. With each new addition, we anticipate a wealth of fresh perspectives, expertise, and energy that will further drive our success.

As we anticipate a surge in applications, we are prioritizing timely and consistent communication with applicants to make sure they feel supported throughout the process. What are your growth plans or targets for 2024?
CG has had record-breaking revenue growth each of the last two years, and we aim to keep the trend going in 2024. We are aiming for a stretch goal of increasing revenue by almost 10%. While that number may not sound like a lot, what is exciting about this revenue growth is that we expect to see sizeable gains coming from our SaaS services. All good signs for the future.
How are you hiring to support this growth?
To continue our growth trajectory, Chamberlain Group will be adding engineers – data, software, firmware, mechanical and electrical – to develop new access solutions in our myQ ecosystem. And we’re looking for data analysts to support advanced analytics capabilities and drive innovation and decision-making. To support the anticipated growth, we recently opened an engineering innovation center in Pune, India.

What are your growth plans or targets for 2024?
In 2024, Everlight eagerly opens two new office locations. The company will be opening its newly built 65,000 square foot office in Verona, Wisconsin, allowing it to further expand its current roots and accommodate its rapid growth in the Madison area. Similarly, the company plans to expand its service area by opening an additional office location near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Coupled with the company’s other locations in Minnesota and Nebraska, Everlight Solar continues to work towards democratizing solar. As the fastest-growing solar company in the Midwest, Everlight strives to make the switch to solar easy and affordable.

As the company expands further throughout the Midwest, Everlight Solar is growing at a rapid speed. Everlight is offering a wide range of employment opportunities in multiple areas, both in-person and remote jobs, including sales, installation, customer service, project management, and more.
